Step 1 Lead in (PPT 3-7) | 1. Show some pictures to Ss and ask : What kind of snacks do you like to eat? How do they tastes? Can you describe them? Which taste do you like best? 2. Step 2 Presentation (PPT 8-9) | Work on 1a,1b. 1. Show pictures of potato chips, lemon, ice-cream, and salted duck eggs to Ss to look. Talk with the class about these foods and ask Ss to describe their taste. The words in the box describe how food can taste. Write them under the correct pictures. Some pictures have more than one word. 2. Check answers in class and make Ss read the words. 3. Guide Ss brainstorm different food . What other fruit is sweet/sour? What food is crispy/salty?
