Ask students try to remember the new words.
Don’t eat too much bad food. 3.How to eat a balanced diet(均衡饮食)? How many vegetables should we eat every day? How much coke can we drink a day? 4.Language points: How much/how many区别 二者都表示“多少”,how many后接可数名词复数, how much后接不可数名词. 你带了多少钱? how much可单独使用,意为“多少钱”,也可构成词组how much money, 但英语中常省略 money,用来询问某物的价钱、价格.

2.Read again and repeat.Then show the language points. be away 不在;离开 Harry is still away. 哈里还是不在。 be away from 离开 He isn’t away from home. 他没有离开家。 get enough rest 得到充足的休息 have a rest = take a rest 休息 have a good rest = take a good rest 好好休息 e.g. Let’s have a good rest. 我们休息一下吧。 Step4:Dig in Some English words are too long, so they have short forms. For example, TV is short for television. Fridge is short for refrigerator. P.S. is short for postscript. Then finish the exercise on your book. Step 5:More practice 1.Finish Exercise: Search for food and drink words. Tick the correct word for each description. 2.Work in groups. How many/ much ____ do you eat or drink every day?
