    1. Teaching Aims and Demands
    (1) Instructinal Objectives
    Be able t use the new wrds and phrases: schl rules,arrive late fr class,be n time,run in the hallways,eat in the classrm,eat in the dining hall,listen t music in class,fight.
    Be able t use “Dn’t...” and “ Yu must...”.
    (2) Ability Objectives
    Be able t use listening skills t cmprehend their dialgues, such as listening fr specific infrmatin etc.
    Be able t use what they learned t talk abut schl rules.
    Be able t use the language they learned t finish a dialgue and a grup reprt.

    Arusing students’ interest and helping them learn by using pictures and Gif pictures.
    Building their cnfidence by step by step apprach and careful scafflding.

    Prcedures and Time Alltment:
    Task1: Warming-up(1min)
    Befre class, get Ss t enjy an English sng fr abut 2 minutes t warm them up.
    The purpse f the task-based activities is t Interest the students.
    Task 2:Lead-in(2mins)
    Use a mvie abut sme kids’ behavirs in thers’ family and ask the students t talk abut the behavirs.
    2. Ask the Ss what are the rules in ur schl.
    The purpse f the task-based activities is t use real prgram t arise the students’ interests and students can easily understand the main cntent.
    Task 3: Presentatin(12mins)
    T ask the students what are the rules in the schl especially in the classrm and in class. And then explain the differences between the phrases “in the classrm” and “in class”.
    Shw sme gif pictures abut ur wn class and then ask the Ss t describe the behavirs in the picture t lead in the new wrds and phrases.
    3. Ask the students t read the new wrds and phrases luder and luder by grup by grup t draw their interest.
    Play a game “what’s missing” t let the students review and remember the new expressins well.
    Then I will ask the students d yu think these behavirs gd r bad? The students will answer they are bad. Then I will ask them if we can d them at schl. We will tgether say n. Then I will make sentences with the new expressins “Can N,we can’t. We can’t...” then add “Dn’t +phrases learned just nw and yu must +phrases learned ” t let students knw abut the schl rules.Then I will reviw the schl rules with the students tgether.
    Play a game “Act and guess”, tw students will jin in the game each time. Ask ne student t cme t the frnt f the stage t guess and the ther student act ut the schl rule what the schl rule is.
    The purpse f the task-based activities is t let the students learn t cperate with each ther and practice the language pints, imprve the students’ abilities f speaking.
    Task5: Representatins(2mins)
    Ask the students t pen their bks and finish 1a. Put the crrect number t the frnt f the behavir and review the schl rules learned nce mre again.
    Task 6. Listening(4mins)
    Ask Ss t pen their bks and turn t Page 19. Lk at part 1b, lk at the cnversatins and make sure the students understand the cnversatins and what t d. Then play the tape. After that, check the answers tgether and cme up with the questin what the teacher says t the student and why Mike can’t hear Mr. Smith t understand the listening better.
    The purpse f the task-based activities is t practice listening and imprve the students’ abilities f listening and understanding.
    Task 7 . Pair wrk (4mins)
    Ask the students t pen the bks t Page 19 and practice the cnversatin in 1C.Then have a free talk abut her rules they knw.
    The purpse f the task-based activities is t make everyne participate in the class and ral practice t imprve students’ interest. It als can train their cmmunicatin skills.
    Task 8 . Grup wrk (10mins)
    Ask the students t discuss and make grup rules fr their grup and then ask the grup leader t intrduce the grup members and all the grup members t give a reprt abut their grup rules. At last, the whle grup will say “we are a great grup” t enhance the sense f hnr.
    The purpse f the task-based activities is t imprve the skills f cperatin and increase the sense f hnr.
    Task 8. Summary(2 mins)
    Summarize the key language pints in grups , and shw them n the screen t help the Ss take ntes.
    The purpse is t teach students t learn absrptin capacity.
    Task 9. Hmewrk(1mins)
    Cnslidate and review the expressins f the lessn.
    Design the family rules.
    Task 10. Mral Educatin(2mins)
    Shw a vide abut the peple wh break rules and smething bad happens t draw students’ attentin and remember t fllw the rules everywhere.
