四年级的学生已经有了一定的语言基础，对于Fancy dress party这一主题有广泛的兴趣和极大的求知欲望。学生通过四年的学习，也已经习得了一些阅读技巧，有着一定的情景理解能力。因此，本课教师创设多个教学场景，放手给学生表达，注重文本整体的输入和输出，培养学生的语言能力，达成人文性和工具性的高度统一。

本课在学校新建成的未来教室中进行授课，通过双板，六块触摸式电子屏，学生pad中的各项教学功能，摆脱了传统教学中对学生合作自学能力培养不便的困扰。在教学的最后环节，让学生小组合作，完成任务，新型的电子技术为学生提供了很好的自学工具，自学合作能力得到了很好的培养。
