    英语中的名词可分为可数名词和不可数名词,它们的定义、特点和用法的区别见下表:
    可数名词前面可以用a/an表示一个,后面可以改复数形式表示数量。
    可数名词复数变形规则: (1) 在一般情况下直接在词尾加-s; 例如: desk—desks pen—pens pencil—pencils car—cars apple—apples teacher—teachers (2) 以-s, -x, -ch, -sh 结尾的单词在词尾加-es; 例如: bx—bxes (盒子) bus—buses (公共汽车) watch—watches (手表) class—classes (班级)
    指示代词(demnstrative prnun)是表示指示概念的代词,即用来指示或标识人或事物的代词。指示代词与定冠词和人称代词一样,都具有指定的含义,用来起指示作用,或用来代替前面已提到过的名词。
    Eg:This is my brther. 这是我的哥哥。That is a blue cup. 那是一个蓝色的杯子。These are her parents. 这些是她的父母。Thse are his friends. 那些是他的朋友
    --This\That is + 单数名词
    --These\Thse are +复数名词
    当回答含有this或that作主语的问句,且this或that指物时,应用it代替句中的this或that;当回答含有these或thse作主语的问句时,应用they代替句中的these或thse。—Is that yur pen? 那是你的钢笔吗?—Yes, it is. 是的,它是。—Are these his grandparents?这些是他的祖父母吗?—N, they aren’t. 不,他们不是。
