教学过程 | Step1 Warm up 1.Let’s do. 【设计意图】通过Let’s do激活学生旧有的知识存盘,同时让学生动起来,活跃课堂气氛,激发学生兴趣。 Step2 Presentation 1.Game1 1)Introduce a pig: It's a funny pig.It's fat and cute.It has a big nose and small eyes. 2)Game: Read words and catch apples with Mr.pig. 【设计意图】创设情境,激发学生的学习兴趣,复习本单元所学过的重点句子和词汇,为本节课的学习做铺垫。 2.Listen and guess 【设计意图】用4个录音和动物图片,让学生先听再猜引出用重点句型单词描述动物的文本,锻炼学生听句子的能力,为Let’s check部分做准备。 3.Read and chant: It's tall and big. It has a long neck and a small head . It's small and thin .It has a big mouth and a long tail . It's so big and fat .It has a long nose and big ears. It's short and white. It has two long ears and four short legs . 【设计意图】锻炼学生说的能力,为完成Start to read部分的练习做准备。 4.Look at the light and try to say 【设计意图】学生整体感知,了解学习内容,未检测做铺垫。 Step3 Practice 1) Start to read. 2) Let’s check. 【设计意图】让学生实际运用英语做到学以致用。 Step4 Consolidation 1.Enjoy a song:At the zoo 【设计意图】营造轻松快乐的学习气氛,并为引出故事做铺垫。 2.感知句子:How many animals do you know?带读句子。 3.Story 1)创设情境引出Zoom,并用问题:Does Zoom know many animals?引导学生初看视频,整体感知故事,引起学生兴趣与思考。 2)回答问题:Yes,Zoom knows many animals.接着用图片but Zoom didn’t know this animal 引出猩猩,并带读。 3)用问题:How many animals do you see in the story?引导学生再看视频,进一步了解故事,同时引出故事里拓展的动物单词,重点带读zebra, wolf. 用结对的动物图片帮助学生区别相似动物。 4)模仿录音跟读, 让学生通过模仿来感知语音,理解故事。 Step5 Summary We should protect our friends--animals. 【设计意图】培养学生爱护动物的意识。 Step6 Homework 1.Listen and imitate the story on P31. (模仿朗读故事。) 2. Try to act out the story with your family. (尝试和家人表演故事。) 【设计意图】布置分层作业,关注不同学情。
