    Learning bjectives
    不定式不定式在句中可作主语、表语、宾语、定语、状语、宾语补足语等。1. 不定式可作主语。如: T d mrning exercise every day is gd fr ur health. 不定式作主语时, 往往用it作形式主语, 而把不定式后置, 即: It + be +形容词/名词/介词短语+不定式;It +动词+宾语+不定式。如:It is imprtant fr us t wear the safety belt when driving a car.

It takes half an hur t walk there.2. 不定式可作表语,说明主语的具体内容。如: My wrk is t clean the rm and water the flwers every day.3. 不定式可作宾语, 其逻辑主语常常是句子的主语。常见的后可接不定式作宾语的动词有: want, hpe, wish, ffer, fail, plan, learn, pretend, manage, agree, prmise等。 如:I dn’t want t leave my hmetwn. Jennie hpes t give her daughter a gd educatin.
    不定式作动词宾语时, 如果后面有宾语补足语, 常用it作形式宾语, 而将真正的宾语(不定式)放在宾语补足语的后面。如: He fund it very necessary t take mre clthes when travelling.4. 不定式可作定语,通常放在其所修饰的名词或代词之后,这时不定式与其所修饰的名词或代词在逻辑上可能是主谓关系,也可能是动宾关系。如: We need smene t help with the wrk. I have a lt f letters t write tday.
    5. 不定式可作状语,表示目的、结果等。如: They started early t get there in time. He hurried t the statin nly t find the train had gne.6. 不定式可作宾语补足语,与宾语是逻辑上的主谓关系。常见的后可接不定式作宾语补足语的动词有:advise, allw, ask, beg, cause, encurage, expect, frce, invite, rder, teach, tell, want, warn等。如:  They dn’t allw the children t use the knife.     感官动词(如feel, see, hear, watch, ntice等)和某些使役动词(如make, let, have等)后常跟不带t的不定式作宾语补足语。当这些动词用于被动语态时,不定式符号t不可以省略。如:I saw him leave a few minutes ag.Yu may take a hrse t the water, but yu can’t make it drink.He was seen t leave a few minutes ag.We were made t wrk all night.
