And mst imprtantly, multilingual educatin based n the mther tngue fsters understanding and respect fr ne anther and helps preserve the wealth r cultural and traditinal heritage that is embedded in every language arund the wrld.
Hwever, in many natins, the majrity f pupils are instructed in a language ther than their mther tngue, which hinders（妨碍）their capacity t learn effectively.
