诗歌小常识
1. 有的英文诗分成几节(stanza),每节由若干诗行组成;有的诗则不分节。
2. 诗每行的第一个字母都大写,但是一诗行不一定是一个完整的句子,不一定能表达完整的意思。有时一行诗正好是一句,有时两行甚至许多行才构成一个意思完整的句子。
3. 押韵。常见押韵:头韵指一行(节)诗中几个词开头的辅音相同。押在诗行最后一个重读音节上,叫尾韵。这是诗歌最常见的押韵部位。诗行中间停顿处的重读音节与该行最后一个重读音节押韵者,叫行内韵。也有不少是不押韵的,称无韵诗或白体诗。多用在戏剧和叙事诗中。

【解读1】It’s time to do sth.表示“该到做某事的时候了”。It’s time for sth.表示“该到某事的时候了”。
e.g. It’s time to have lunch.=It’s time for lunch.该到吃午饭的时候了。
【解读2】graduate v. “毕业,获得学位”
表示“毕业于……学科”使用graduate in;
表示“从……毕业”使用graduate from。
e.g. He graduated from a college last year.他去年从一所大学毕业。

【解读】caring是形容词,其动词是care,意为“关心,照顾”,
care about意为“在意,在乎,关心”;care for意为“照顾”。
【拓展】 (1)take care小心。
(2)take care of“照看;照顾”,相当于look after。
e.g.Our teachers are very kind and caring.我们的老师非常善良、体贴人。
He does not care about his clothes.他对穿着不在乎。
He cared for his father all through his long illness.
他父亲在长期的生病期间由他照顾。
I must take care of my sister when my parents aren’t at home.
