Backgrund: The sng's lyrics began as a pem written by Harry's wife, Sandy Chapin; the pem itself was inspired by the awkward relatinship between her first husband, and his father. She was als inspired by a cuntry music sng she had heard n the radi. Chapin als said the sng was abut his wn relatinship with his sn, Jsh.
