Unit9 Lesson 2 Let’s Practice
Teaching contents:
1. Phrases:go to school, get up, go to bed, have lunch, have breakfast, exercise.
2. Sentence:When do you …? I ( always ) … at ( … o’clock).
Teaching goals:
1. Be able to say the phrases in our daily life.
2. Be able to use the sentence pattern: When do you …? I ( always ) … at ( … o’clock).
Teaching emphasis and difficulty:
Emphasis:Be able to use the sentence pattern: When do you …? I ( always ) … at ( … o’clock).
Difficulty:Be able to use the sentence pattern: When do you …? to ask about someone's schedule, and use I (always) (...) at (… o'clock) to describe how often and when you do something.
Teaching process:
Warm up
Greeting: Good morning. Nice to meet you.
Sing the song: If you are happy.
Step1
Learn the phrases
1. Show the pictures and the phrases.
2. Listen and read the phrases with the recording.
3. Ask the students to read the phrases with actions.
4. Game: ask the students to touch the card and then say the phrase.
Step2
Learn to Say
1. Show some pictures and ask the students to say the phrases.
2. T: I exercise at eight in the morning. When do you exercise?
3. Practice the sentence pattern in different ways :When do you …?
I (always)… at … o’clock.
4. Game: Ask the students to ask and answer with actions.

Let’s Chant
Practice the sentences we have learned in this class.

Listen and Number
1. The teacher plays the recording.
2. Ask the students to point out the corresponding pictures.
3. The students write the numbers.
4. Check the answer together.

2. The students listen to the recording and answer the questions:
