二.教材分析:
Join In 是英国剑桥大学出版社2000年最新出版的教材,本教材是以非英语国家的少年儿童为学习对象,以“Gardner 多元智能理论”作为编写的主导思想。Tiger Toby 贯穿整本书。本课的主要内容是谈论自己的梦和梦想,巩固一般现在时的用法。
三.教学方法:
听说法,情景教学法,游戏教学法,任务教学法
四.教学过程:
一).教学目标:
1. 语言知识目标:
1)能够听,说,认读本课的重点单词:often,sometimes,never,travel,ghosts,friend等。
2)能够利用I often / never/ sometimes dream about…… 句型描述自己的梦境或者梦想。
2.语言能力目标:
能根据图片谈论相应的单词,能够熟练地运用I often / never/ sometimes dream about……谈论自己的梦想和所梦到的事物。
3. 情感,策略和文化目标:
培养学生的学习英语的兴趣,积极合作的精神,引导学生谈论自己的美好梦想,并为之努力。

多媒体课件,卡片,图片,视频,背景音乐
四).教学过程:
Step 1.热身运动,激发兴趣
1)Free talk:How are you today?Can you...
What are you doing on Sunday?
2).let's enjoy some pictures 照片渗透,引入主题:
SS watch some pictures :what do you think of these pictures?引出dream
Write“ Dreams ”on the board,let students say its meaning:“梦到,梦想”
T:look at the babies,they are so cute. What are they doing?
Ss: they are sleeping .
T:which one do you like best? lets play a game, say the words.
Ss:I like ……
Step2. presentation
1.教学新单词,运用新句型说句子。
1) This is one of the the babies. she is happy.can you guess what does the baby dream about ? Now, discuss it in your group.
Ss: milk .toys…
Ts: let’s look together, what does the baby dream about?
师生学习句子:I dream about my friends. I dream I can talk to animals. I dream I have got a little sister. I dream I am a doctor. I can travel around the world.
层层深入,学习新句型:I dream…
2) This is another baby. He is crying. can you guess what does the baby dream about ? Ss: tiger... snake...
Ts: lets look together. oh! It is very terrible.学习句子:I dream about ghosts.
3) Do you remember these dreams?
I read ,you listen and remember it .Now,the dream are missing, can you find them?
学生重复句子,齐读句子,教师板书。
4)打开课本读句子,进一步练习.
T: Ok, now open your book and look at Unit 6 part 1, please read out the sentence one by one 。listen and number the pictures.
Ss: I dream I can fly. I dream about ghosts...
5)学习时间副词:often,sometimes, never看图学生理解其含义,并操练新词和新句型。
Ts: I dream about my friends on Monday on Tuesday…so we can say: I often dream about my friends.依次学习sometimes, never 频率副词
6) PPT介绍教师梦境:Ts: look! this is me. My name is Cathy. My dreams are wonderful. I often dream about my friends. I sometimes dream I am a singer. I never dream I have got lots of money T: Do you often have dreams?
What do you often dream about?
Ss: I often dream I can fly…………学生加频率词, 练习句子。
Step 3. practice 同伴互相问答。
S1:What do you often dream about?
Pair work:Tell your partners what your dream is with the hints on the board. And then invite some of them to put on their performance.
Step 4.Consolidation.
1.梦工场采访的任务,巩固新知。
Write a sentence about your dream, say it to us.
T:I’m a reporter. Today Let’s talk about your own dream. Who can try?
