She tld me that every teacher wuld meet sme unexpected accidents at the beginning f their career, and ccasinal mistakes were precius lessns fr grwth instead f embarrassing failures. She added that witnessing the birth f a wild animal was an incredibly rare and special event. Students were just curius and that wasn’t a bad thing actually. Her sincere wrds swept away my anxiety and self-dubt. Having finally calmed dwn, I decided t face my students bravely, hlding my head high.
The next mrning, I walked int the classrm with my heart punding. T my surprise, all students greeted me warmly as usual. I tk a deep breath and asked hw they felt abut the vide. They all shared a view that while animal birth was particularly interesting and, quite frankly, a little dd, it is awe-inspiring in its wn way. I stressed that it’s difficult fr the new-brn animals t survive in the wild and we shuld minimize disturbance t wildlife. Then I started my new lessn cnfidently. This experience, which came at a critical turning pint in my teaching jurney, taught me that the unexpected is part f grwth and every setback helps me becme a mre careful and mature teacher.
