      第一节 应用文写作
      范文仅作参考
Nwadays, many students spend hurs making their ntes lk beautiful. They decrate pages with clurful pens, as if nte-taking were an art cntest. Yet hwever pleasing t the eye, such effrts ften miss the pint. T me, the true beauty f nte-taking lies nt in its appearance, but in its pwer t transfrm listening int understanding.
Here are my appraches. First, I listen critically and put ideas int my wn wrds, rather than cpying sentences mechanically — this frces my brain t prcess, nt just recrd. Secnd, I revisit my ntes within 24 hurs, rerganizing them and adding questins that cnnect new knwledge t what I already knw. This turns a static page int a living cnversatin with myself.
Ultimately, ntes are nt fr shw; they are bridges — between infrmatin and insight, between the teacher’s vice and my wn mind.

During the summer vacatin, Lisa went t Emma’s grandpa’s village. The fresh muntain air and peaceful silence struck her at nce. Grandpa Wang, a warm-hearted carpenter with rugh but skillful hands, handed her a blck f wd and a knife. She struggled at first, her mind still wandering t her phne. But Grandpa just smiled and encuraged,“Slw hands make steady hearts.” Emma sat clse, her presence silently urging Lisa n. Day by day, Lisa’s fingers grew steadier, and she stpped thinking abut her phne. She began t enjy watching a rugh piece f wd slwly take shape. By the end f the week, a small wden bird sat in her palm — nt perfect, but unmistakably hers. Time flew by in thse fulfilling days.
When Lisa returned hme, she felt like a new persn. She didn’t reinstall thse apps. Instead, she started eating dinner withut her phne, talking and laughing with her family again. Her grades imprved steadily. She kept the wden bird n her desk as a reminder and carved new sculptures whenever she felt anxius r bred. She realized that the best things in life aren’t fund n a screen; they are shaped slwly, patiently, with ne’s wn hands — and with peple wh care enugh t pull yu back t the real wrld.

M: ⑥5 kilmeters. My knee has been bthering me lately, s I dn’t want t push t hard. What abut yu?
W: 10 kilmeters. I’ve been training every ther day, ⑦and I want t see ifI can beat my persnal best frm last year.
      M: That’s impressive.
      Text 7
W: Have yu heard abut the “textbk relay” trend? Chinese turists are leaving high schl textbks at famus landmarks like Big Ben, the Clsseum, and the Pyramids f Giza.
M: Really? ⑧When did it start?
W: ⑧ Last Nvember in Egypt. Peple hide textbks behind trash bins r between stnes fr thers t find. Smetimes they leave a pen fr finders t write messages inside.
M: Amazing! Are there any ther lcatins?
W: Yes. In Italy, a student hid a histry textbk near the Clsseum ticket ffice. ⑨In France, an English textbk featuring the Luvre was placed in the bushes acrss frm the museum.
M: Hw ppular is this trend?
W: ⑩The title “travel with textbks” has ver 26 millin views n scial media. One participant said that seeing the image “cme t life” felt like her educatin had cme full circle.
      Text 8
M: Hey, Sphie. I saw yu wrking at the cffee shp n Main Street yesterday. I didn’t knw yu had a jb.
      W: Oh, that’s my part-time jb. ⑩Just Saturdays, frm 9:00 ":00p.m" a.m. t 2:00 p.m.
M: That sunds tiring. D yu get a break?
W: We get 20 minutes after lunch. ⑩Hnestly, the hardest part isn’t the wrk—it’s dealing with custmers wh are in a rush and get annyed if their latte takes tw extra minutes.
M: I can imagine. Have yu thught abut tutring? Yu’re great at math.
W: ⑧I did, but mst parents want weekday afternns, and I have swimming practice every day after schl. Saturday mrnings are the nly free blck.

      Text 9
W: I read abut Tsinghua University’s humanid rbts winning the 5v5 ftball champinship at the 2025 Wrld Humanid Rbt Games. That’s incredible!
M: Yes! The Hephaestus team develped these amazing “ftball stars.” ④What impressed me mst was that the rbts cmpeted entirely withut human help. They relied slely n AI t make decisins during the game.
W: Hw did they achieve that?
M: The key was prgramming the rbts ’ “brains.” ⑩ Thrugh special training, the rbts develped smething like “muscle memry.” They can quickly make decisins and kick accurately when receiving the ball.
W: Was it always this advanced?
M: Nt at all. ⑩Prfessr Zha, wh funded the team in 2004, recalled that just getting a rbt
t stand upright was a majr milestne back then. The team spent tens f thusands f hurs training in cmputer prgrams.
      W: That’s true dedicatin!
M: ⑰ Zha believes cmpetitive sprts are perfect testing grunds fr rbt technlgy. These challenges help slve technical prblems and prmte real-wrld applicatins.
      Text 10
W: Last mnth, ur schl held its first “Zer Waste Week”. ⑩ The idea came frm the envirnmental club, which nticed that ur cafeteria was thrwing away abut 50 kilgrams f fd every single day. We decided t run a five-day challenge: every student had t pack lunch in reusable cntainers, and all leftver fd had t be srted int fertilizer, recycling, r a “share table” where untuched fd culd be taken by thers.
At first, many students cmplained. They said it was incnvenient and that srting waste tk t lng. But by Wednesday, smething changed. Peple started bringing less fd, s there was less waste. The share table became surprisingly ppular—smene even started leaving hmemade ckies. ⑩ By Friday, the ttal waste had drpped by 80 percent cmpared t a nrmal week.
The principal was s impressed that he annunced the schl wuld cntinue the share table every Friday.
⑩Persnally, I learned that small habits, like finishing what’s n my plate r using a clth bag, can actually add up. And the best part? The fertilizer frm ur cafeteria is nw used in the schl garden, where we grw tmates fr the cking club.
