It was already dark, and we culdn't even see where we were. After sme time, we heard dgs barking and the vices f the Blue Sky Rescue team. I nearly started crying. We were s thankful that they fund us!

I've never frgtten that day. Since then, I've wanted t help thers t. I signed up with Blue Sky Rescue in 2009, and I've been a vlunteer ever since. We've been t schls and ther cmmunities t teach children and adults hw t stay safe and prepare fr the wrst. We've als rescued peple during emergencies. We've prvided medical aid and searched fr missing peple after natural disasters, like the 2013 earthquake in Ya'an and the typhn in the Philippines in the same year. In 2023, we even helped in places as far away as Türkiye!
