Why is besity a prblem?
Being verweight is nt just appearance. It can cause serius health prblems like bld pressure, diabetes (糖尿病), heart disease, and even cancer. If nthing changes, studies shw that by 2030, 70.5% f adults (成年人) and 31.8% f children culd be verweight r bese. If peple d nt act nw, they may face serius health prblems at a yunger age.
What is healthy weight?
Dctrs use Bdy Mass Index (BMI) t check if smene’s weight is healthy. Fr adults, a healthy BMI is between 18.5 and 24. If yur BMI is frm 24 t 28, yu’re verweight. A BMI f 28 r higher means yu’re bese. Als, dctrs suggest measuring yur waist (腰围): men shuld keep it under 90 cm and wmen under 85 cm.
T stay healthy, peple shuld eat a balanced diet. They can chse whle grains like brwn rice (糙米), fresh vegetables and lean prteins (低脂蛋白质). At last, Mle answers. “Rat, I’m here! In the tree! I am very afraid!” He says in a little vice.
“Dn’t wrry, Mle,” says Rat, “Let’s g hme nw!”
But Mle is very tired. He wants t sleep, s Rat sits and waits. While Mle is sleeping, it begins t snw. The snw is white and it cvers all the paths.
Later, Mle wakes up. Then the tw friends set ff thrugh the white wds. Everything is different with the snw and sn Rat and Mle are lst. They walk fr hurs but they cannt find the way hme. They are tired, and cld, and hungry.
