      In recent years, sme schls have begun t intrduce meditatin, r mindfulness training, int their classrms.       Amng schls that already teach meditatin, the results have been psitive. In ne study, teachers reprted that after five weeks f mindfulness practice, their students were mre fcused. They als participated mre fully in class. A middle schl in San Francisc reprted that a student meditatin prgram led t higher attendance rates and better grades. Anther study suggested that meditatin helped students perfrm better n tests by imprving their wrking memry and reducing their anxiety.
      Many supprters believe that meditatin training prgrams can als help students vercme stress. Fr example, Headstand is a mindfulness educatin prgram designed t help students vercme anxiety. A study cncluded that ninety-eight percent f participating students felt less stressed after they cmpleted the Headstand prgram.
