2.运用语篇中描述慈善工作的词汇和表达，从组织使命、服务对象、工作方式等方面介绍国际慈善机构；
3.探讨慈善组织的重要意义，思考个人参与公益的可能性，培养社会责任意识，加深对全球性社会问题的关注与理解。
教学内容
教学重点：
1.理解访谈类语篇的文体特征（问答结构、访谈者与受访者角色）。
2.从采访中获取关于奥比斯的关键信息：成立目的、工作方式（飞行医院、培训）、面临的挑战。
3.掌握并运用与慈善、医疗援助相关的核心词汇。
教学难点：
1.理解“授人以渔”的深层含义在采访中的体现（如培训当地医生）。
2.从采访者的提问和医生的回答中推断情感态度和隐含信息。
3.将所学信息与实际生活联系，提出有意义的支持慈善的方式。
教学过程
Step 1: Lead-in
Activity 1:
Play the game “I describe, yu guess!”. Shw clues related t charity lgs (e.g., “It helps animals. Its lg is a panda.”) and have students guess the charity (WWF, Save the Children, etc.). End with Orbis.
Activity 2:
What can yu see in the lg?
Why is there an eye, a plane and an earth in the lg?

T activate prir knwledge abut charities frm the previus lessn, create an engaging and interactive start, and smthly transitin int the fcus n Orbis.
Step 2: Pre-reading
Activity:
Ask: What d yu knw abut Orbis?
Why d yu think there are charities like Orbis?
