[示例](2025·全国一卷)运用五感法描绘家庭聚会场景
平淡描写:The gathering in the backyard was pleasant.The kids were playing happily and Tby was running arund.
后院的聚会很愉快。孩子们在开心地玩耍,托比在四处奔跑。
五感深化:The backyard was full f life.The warm sun felt nice n my skin (触觉).I saw the green grass and the kids in clrful shirts running and playing with Tby,the dg (视觉).The air was filled with the happy sunds f children’s laughter and adults’ talking (听觉).I culd smell my wife’s sweet ckies mixed with the fresh smell f the lawn (嗅觉).I drank sme cld lemnade; its sweet and sur taste was perfect fr the afternn (味觉).
剖析:五感深化的精髓在于变“告知”为“感知”。作者摒弃标签(如“愉快”),代以五感联动:视听奠基、嗅触深化(情感记忆+身体在场)、味觉升华(凝固幸福)。这使读者不再是“知道者”,而是“亲历者”,文字遂从“说明书”跃入“体验舱”。

策略(二) 激活动态——让笔下的动作活起来
名词、形容词筑场景,动词赋生命。平庸动词仅陈述;精准动态动词则激活画面,如电影般鲜活,牵引读者视线,传递节奏力量。
技巧1 用精准化动词替换通用动词
避免使用“万能动词”(如d/make/g),选择具体化、富有表现力的动词,使动作描写更具画面感和张力。
技巧2 运用动作链使动作过程化
蜻蜓点水的动作描写难塑人物形象。展现个性动作的过程细节,是提升记叙文表现力的关键。
技巧3 添加修饰语使动作形象化
动作描写需精准动词+适当修饰语(如状语)。恰当运用修饰语,通过细化动作、时间、幅度、速度、力度,使动作形象生动,个性与境界鲜明。
策略(三) 情感营造——让内心世界清晰可见
在描写心理和情绪的时候,不要浮于表面,干巴巴地进行描述,而是借助动作、比喻等写作手法让描写生动起来。可以通过以下3个技巧,让心理和情绪描写鲜活起来。
技巧1 运用“动作/语言描写+情感词汇”
描写人物的情绪和心理时,一定要结合动作描写来展现人物情感、刻画人物情绪。
技巧2 运用“神态描写+情感词汇”
描写人物情感时,也可借助神态描写,通过面部表情来烘托出人物的心理。
技巧3 运用修辞手法
要学会利用恰当的修辞手法来帮助渲染人物的情绪和心理。比喻、拟人、夸张等修辞手法都能让描写变得更有表现力。
