The bk says a girl whse idea is s far ff base but it is nt even wrng. It perfectly describes autism and it perfectly describes Jack.

As a mther f a by with autism, I want t help find mre square hles. I want this wrld t be a wrld where it is kay t be a square peg withut having t pretend t be rund. Whether we are sitting dwn r standing up, still r mving, bdy psture (姿势) influences ur md. Several studies have shwn this link between physical psture and md. Others have shwn a relatinship between ur md and ur cgnitive (认知的) perfrmance, including memry, reasning, learning, and the speed f reactin and prcessing f infrmatin.
S a lgical questin arises. Can bdy psture influence ur cgnitive perfrmance?
Previusly, a New Zealand team (University f Auckland) carried ut an experiment n psture when we walk, especially in the street. The team had fund a very clear influence f ur psture n ur md and cnfidence. It appears that walking with a hunched back, bwed head and mtinless (静止的) arms has a negative influence n ur mental state.
Indeed, the researchers fund that the simple act f straightening up, standing up straight, with yur head held high, and gazing frward gives us a serius bst f cnfidence. Nt nly des ur spntaneus (自发的) psture have a psychlgical effect, but by crrecting it, it is pssible t bring abut imprvement in the lng term.
In this ther study, this time carried ut by an Austrian team (Friedrich Alexander University in Erlangen-Nuremberg), researchers bserved the same phenmenn, this time in a sitting psitin. Yung adults were invited t participate in tests presented as intended t assess their ability t cncentrate. In fact, the researchers had them sit in different pstures — frm upright t very slumped (耸拉着的) — in rder t nte their influences n md and cgnitin.
A first bservatin indicates that “sitting upright” is assciated with a better verall md. It is als fund t have a psitive influence n the speed f prcessing infrmatin and cmpleting tasks, althugh the test pass rate des nt vary significantly with psture.
Finally, and surprisingly enugh, bld pressure is a little mre favrable in an upright psitin. T further cmplete the list f benefits f sitting upright, we will add that it is widely recmmended fr prtecting the back in case f wrk that requires sitting fr a lng time.
46.Why des the writer mentin the studies at the beginning?
A.T intrduce what cgnitive perfrmance is.
B.T emphasize the imprtance f bdy psture.
C.T prve the results f thse studies are wrng.
D.T raise a new questin t be studied and slved.

A.psture influences ur mental stateB.straightening up has a negative effect
C.gazing upward builds up cnfidenceD.walking psture is especially imprtant
49.What did the Austrian study fcus n?
      A.Prving the lng-term benefits f gd psture.

A.It increases bld pressure.B.It requires sitting fr a lng time.
C.It has mental and physical benefits.D.It helps imprve the test pass rate.

In an era dminated by digital streams, my appreciatin deepens fr physical diaries — handwritten n paper — as a vital guard against the widespread influence f AI. Human thughts and expressins risk being abused, prcessed by algrithms (算法) that lack insights. AI mdels ften greedily swallw artists’ and writers’ wrks t fuel their systems, putting almst all nline cntent under threat. The physical nature f diaries frms a crucial defense. If we hpe t preserve the real human vice frm chatbts and refuse t let ur writing train AI, a pen and a simple ntebk may be ur strngest tls.
Diaries are uniquely suited t capturing individual lives and imaginatins. The very essence f a diary is temprary, meant t catch life’s shrt-lived mments. This is a task chatbts cannt perfrm, because they lack genuine perceptin, thught, r tender human senses. A diary serves as a secure space fr ne’s deepest feelings and reflectins n the wrld, a frm f thinking irreplaceable by AI. Its physical frm ffers a screen-free shelter fr mindfulness, fstering a deeper cnnectin with ne’s thughts.
The pwer f handwritten diaries als lies in their resistance t digital ersin. Unlike mbile phnes that limit prspects and lck users ut f their wn minds, a physical diary des nt fg brains, numb fingers, r prfit frm persnal data. It remains a persnal pssessin, beynd the reach f AI cmpanies seeking training data. The act f writing by hand enhances memry and emtinal expressin, creating a physical recrd f ne’s life jurney. This nn-digital activity ffers a deliberate break frm the restless digital pace, ffering a rutine f self-care and a bridge between the past, present and future.
Thrughut histry, diaries have served as lasting recrds against pwerful structures. Our cllective memry wuld be prer withut Anne Frank’s messages r the diary that begins Gerge Orwell’s “Nineteen Eighty-Fur”. Diarists frm a universal undergrund, using pen and paper t resist the threats f the digital wrld. They prtect nt just privacy but the very integrity f persnal stries frm algrithm-based cntrl f infrmatin and data mining.
Ultimately, the humble diary is mre than a recrd; it is an act f prtectin. In the quiet cnversatin between pen and paper, we safeguard the human vice— imperfect, persnal, and free frm the tide f artificial intelligence.
What rle des the physical diary play in the digital wrld?
51.What rle des the physical diary play in the digital wrld?

      第三部分:写作
      第一节:阅读表达(共5小题;每小题2分,满分10分)
      阅读短文,并按照题目要求用英语回答问题。
When I was in schl, the class I dreaded mst was my eighth grade art class. The teacher put dwn my every attempt at cmpleting an assignment. I simply culdn’t prduce art the way she wanted it. Luckily, I’d already prven myself in ther creative areas. Yet, that art teacher was successful in cnvincing me that I had n talent fr painting, drawing, r anything related t them. Imagine my surprise when I published my nature phtgraphy and became a vlunteer art teacher!
Unfrtunately, my stry is all t familiar t many peple wh cme thrugh my wrkshps and practice. Even mre unfrtunately, the vast majrity f peple were s discuraged in childhd that they cut ff the creative impulse (冲动) in mst areas f their lives. Their teachers, parents, r classmates cnvinced them they had n talent, s they gave up. The pain f failure was simply t great.
Why have we frgtten creativity is an experience, nt a result? Let’s cnsider why we express creativity in first place. T be creative is t be human. Everything we’ve at ur dispsal (处理) is the result f smene’s creative expressin and willingness t take a risk. Even s, fr creativity t flwer and feel free f encumbrance (累赘), it needs t be abut the jyful mments spent creating, nt just abut what we’ve t shw fr thse mments. Whatever pattern yu need t break, try t make it abut the pleasure and nt abut the utcme.
Therefre, I’d urge yu t curb yur perfectinism nt enthusiasm! Perfectinism is the leading killer f artistic expressin. Relax a little and bring back yur childlike nature when yu create. Children instinctively (本能地) knw hw t give ver t the jy --- until smene teaches them therwise! Let yur creatin be whatever it wants t be. See if it can lead yu rather than the ther way arund. Let yur uncnsciusness cme thrugh, and let the expressin f yurself be beautiful regardless f hw it cmpares t anything else. After all, it’s yurs, and n ne but yu culd create it!
56.What made the authr give up his dream f art? (n mre than 15 wrds)

57.What des the third paragraph mainly tell us? (n mre than 10 wrds)
