在“人与社会”的主题语境下,探讨体育活动规则、体育与健康、体育精神等内容。长期适当的体育锻炼,对人的身体和心理健康有着良好的影响,还能促进青少年形态和功能发育,本课内容符合青少年的身心发展规律。学生能够
1. 了解并描述排球、网球、拳击、趣味跑等体育项目的规则,培养体育规则意识。
2. 了解体育锻炼(如长跑、健身房锻炼、武术、青少年体育训练)和人们健康生活的关系,培养科学健身的理念。
3. 了解体育精神内涵(公平公正、关爱与尊重、永不服输等),学习成长为有文明素养和社会责任感的人。
