In ne year, a plar bear can leave abut 300 kilgrams f leftvers behind, n which ther animals can dine. Fr example, if yu’re repeatedly watching the same series instead f sleeping, cnnecting with friends, r rising t things that need yur attentin, it culd be mre f an avidance strategy than self-care.

Dn’t wrry, thugh. Mre ften than nt, cheering up with a favrite shw is harmless and fun, says Dr. Daramus.
12. The authr begins the passage with a detailed daily scene mainly t ______.
A. share a persnal stry

C. T gain a sense f safety and cmfrt.
D. T memrize the plts and jkes better.
14. What des Dr. Aimee Daramus suggest?
A. Balancing media cmfrt with real cnnectins.
B. Develping the habit f watching ld shws fr fun.
C. Dealing with stress withut cnsidering self-care.
