      The study tk a cmmnly used mdel that describes smene’s persnality, namely utging peple, quiet wrriers, kind helpers, curius explrers, and careful planners. The researchers then ran fitness tests n the subjects and put them int tw grups. One grup was given an eight-week biking plan, while the cntrl grup did 10 minutes a week f stretching (伸展) exercises. Of the 132 subjects, 86 cmpleted bth pre-and pst-testing either side f these eight weeks.
      The study team fund that, althugh fitness imprved acrss all persnality types fr thse wh cmpleted the biking and stretching prgrams, there was a marked difference in enjyment f exercise. Outging peple enjyed the higher-intensity (强度) lab fitness tests, while quiet wrriers enjyed the hme-based light-intensity wrkuts.
      The study als shwed hw exercise affected peple’s stress levels based n their persnality. Peple wh scred high in neurticism, meaning they feel mre anxius, experienced a bigger drp in stress levels cmpared with ther grups.
