Grammar Rules
表示行为或状态从过去一直持续到现在，通常要与表示一段时间的时间状语连用，这类状语通常由fr或since引导。
fr + 一段时间，如：fr a lng time, fr five years, etc.
sicne + 时间点，如：since August 2024, since yesterday, since tw ’clck, etc.
对现在完成时的时间状语进行提问时，我们常用Hw lng。
We have played ftball fr a year .
Hw lng have yu played ftball?
Hw lng have yu been like this?
I have had the dg fr three mnths .
Hw lng have yu had the dg?
在表示某一行为或状态持续多长时间时，需要根据终止时间的不同和语境，使用不同的时态。
I stayed in the htel fr a week last summer.
（叙述去年夏天的事情，用一般过去时。）
I have stayed in the htel fr a week.
（表示到现在为止已经住了一周，用现在完成时。）
I will stay in the htel fr a week next mnth.
（讲述下个月的事，用一般将来时。）
在现在完成时的句子中，表示持续的动作或状态时，动词通常与表示时间段的时间状语连用；而表示动作已经完成时，动词不能与表示时间段的时间状语连用。

除表示经历、持续至今的行为或状态外，现在完成时还可以表示到目前为止量的积累。例如：
