一、森林火灾现象
森林火灾,是指失去人为控制,在林地内自由蔓延和扩展,对森林、森林生态系统和人类带来一定危害和损失的林火行为。森林火灾是一种突发性强、破坏性大、处置救助较为困难的自然灾害。
森林火灾广义上上讲:凡是失去人为控制,在林地内自由蔓延和扩展,对森林、森林生态系统和人类带来一定危害和损失的林火行为都称为森林火灾。狭义讲:森林火灾是一种突发性强、破坏性大、处置救助较为困难的自然灾害。森林防火工作是我国防灾减灾工作的重要组成部分,是国家公共应急体系建设的重要内容,是社会稳定和人民安居乐业的重要保障,是加快林业发展,加强生态建设的基础和前提,事关森林资源和生态安全,事关人民群众生民财产安全,事关改革发展稳定的大局。简单的说,森林防火就是防止森林火灾的发生和蔓延,即对森林火灾进行预防和扑救。预防森林火灾的发生,就要了解森林火灾发生的规律,采取行政、法律、经济相结合的办法,运用科学技术手段,最大限度地减少火灾发生次数。扑救森林火灾,就是要了解森林火灾燃烧的规律,建立严密的应急机制和强有力的指挥系统,组织训练有素的扑火队伍,运用有效、科学的方法和先进的扑火设备及时进行扑救,最大限度地减少火灾损失。
二、森林火灾产生原因
人为原因是最大的一个因素;其次长期的天气干燥也可能导致地面温度持续升高,森林物质易引起自燃。而且雷击也可以导致火灾的发生。
三、森林火灾需要条件
包括森林可燃物、火源和氧气(助燃物)。
森林可燃物:森林中所有的有机物质,如乔木、灌木、草类、苔藓、地衣、枯枝落叶、腐殖质和泥炭等都是可燃物。其中,有焰燃烧可燃物又称明火,能挥发可燃性气体产生火焰,占森林可燃物总量85~90%。其特点是蔓延速度快,燃烧面积大,消耗自身的热量仅占全部热量的2~8%。无焰燃烧可燃物又称暗火,不能分解足够可燃性气体,没有火焰,如泥炭、朽木等,占森林可燃物总量的6~10%。其特点是蔓延速度慢,持续时间长,消耗自身的热量多,如泥炭可消耗其全部热量的50%,在较湿的情况下仍可继续燃烧。
四、林火——一把双刃剑
森林是大自然的组成部分,哪里有森林,哪里就有生命。在诸多影响森林的自然因子中,火灾对森林的影响和破坏最为严重。研究表明很多森林生态是依赖火的,火对森林的影响历史远比人对森林影响历史漫长的多。从能量的观点分析,森林生长是太阳能转换的能量积累方式之一,能量积累到一定程度就会释放出来。
火同水分、土壤、树木、动物一样是森林生态系统中的一个因子。森林中的植物利用光合作用把太阳能转化为化学能,而火烧则是森林迅速释放大量能量的过程,这一过程是生态系统物质和能量循环的一部分。火对森林和森林环境的影响和作用是多方面的,有时火的作用是短暂的,有时则是长期的。火烧后森林环境和小气候发生改变,由于林地裸露,太阳光直射,土壤表面温度增加,湿度变小。林火不但改变森林结构,而且会引起其他生态因子的重新分配,影响到森林植物群落的变化。
国内外的研究表明,火对森林的影响概括为有害作用和有益作用,火具有两重属性。有害作用一般是指森林火灾对生态系统的危害,森林火灾破坏森林生态生态系统平衡,火烧后森林生态系统难以恢复,如高强度、大面积的森林火灾,对森林资源和整个森林生态系统可以造成毁灭性的损失,更严重的会对居民财产、交通、大气环境和人们日常生活造成影响,因此,森林大火不仅无情毁灭森林中的各种生物,破坏陆地生态系统,而且其产生的巨大烟尘将严重污染大气环境,直接威胁人类生存条件,而且扑救森林火灾需耗费大量的人力、物力、财力,给国家和人民生命财产带来巨大损失,扰乱所在地区经济社会发展和人民生产、生活秩序,直接影响社会稳定。目前世界各国都把大面积的森林火灾作为重大自然灾害加以预防和控制。从灾害的角度讲,森林火灾是由人为和自然因素引起的失去控制的一种自然灾害。

一、简要分析
作文标题为“I'm a member f…”,这样的考题让每个考生都有话可说。题目包含5张图片提示,分别代表家庭、歌舞俱乐部、爱护动物者社团、自然科学竞赛社团
题目中蕴含“责任意识和公民意识”的两纲内容,与“往年的考题以强调自我感受居多”不同,今年考题引导学生思考我可以为他人、为集体付出些什么。
