      Step 1 Greeting and Lead - in (5 minutes)
      The teacher warmly greets the students and has a simple daily cnversatin, such as "Hw was yur weekend? What interesting things did yu d?" t create a relaxed classrm atmsphere.
      Shw sme science - fictin pictures r shrt vides abut future life, such as future cities, transprtatin, rbts, etc. Guide the students t bserve and ask questins like "What can yu see in these pictures/vides? What d yu think ur life will be like in the future?" Encurage the students t express their imaginatins in simple English t lead in the theme f this lessn - making predictins abut the future.
      Step 2 Vcabulary Learning (8 minutes)
      Use the PPT t display the vcabulary in 1a ne by ne, such as "predictin", "less", "uter space", "climate change", "AI", "rbts", etc. Lead the students t read the wrds and crrect their prnunciatins. Help the students understand the meanings f the wrds by shwing relevant pictures, animatins, r shrt vide clips. Fr example, play a vide abut the impact f climate change t explain "climate change", and shw pictures f rbts wrking t explain "rbts".
      Distribute wrd cards. Let the students wrk in pairs. One student shws the card, and the ther reads the wrd and says its meaning. Then they switch rles. The teacher walks arund the grups t check the students' practice and give timely guidance and help.
      Play a vcabulary game called "Wrd Chain". The teacher says a wrd, such as "predictin". The students take turns t say a new wrd starting with the last letter f the previus wrd, like "uter space", "climate change", etc. Thrugh this game, stimulate the students' learning interest and deepen their memry f the vcabulary.
      Step 3 Listening Practice (10 minutes)
      Let the students lk at the predictins in 1a. The teacher says, "Nw, let's listen t sme cnversatins. Please listen carefully and circle the predictins yu hear in 1b." Play the recrding f 1b, and the students listen and cmplete the task.
      After playing the recrding, invite the students t share their answers. The teacher checks the answers and gives a simple explanatin f the listening cntent t help the students understand the key infrmatin in the listening material.
      Play the recrding f 1b again. Let the students listen and cmplete the task in 1c, judging the sentences as true r false. After playing, invite the students t share their answers, check and explain the answers t help the students understand the listening cntent. When explaining the answers, the listening text can be cmbined t help the students better understand the sentence structures and key infrmatin.
      Step 4 Oral Practice (7 minutes)
      The teacher makes a demnstratin: "Let's talk abut the predictins in 1a. Will we be able t live n earth in 100 years? I think we will. Because peple will take gd care f the earth." Guide the students t bserve the pictures and use the learned vcabulary and the simple future tense t discuss and cmmunicate abut the predictins in 1a.
      Let the students wrk in pairs. They chse ne f the predictins and have a cnversatin practice, expressing their views and reasns t each ther. The teacher walks arund the grups, encurages the students t speak actively, and crrects their grammar mistakes and prnunciatin prblems in time.
      Invite several pairs f students t shw their cnversatins. The ther students listen carefully and give evaluatins. The evaluatin cntent includes the accuracy f vcabulary usage, the crrectness f sentence patterns, and the fluency f expressin. The teacher summarizes and gives feedback n the students' perfrmance, gives affirmatin and encuragement, and als puts frward suggestins fr imprvement.
      Step 5 Prnunciatin Practice (5 minutes)
      Play the prnunciatin - practice audi and display the classificatin f phnetic symbls, such as /n/ (news, mind, etc.), /ŋ/ (sng, hang, etc.). Let the students fllw and imitate, paying attentin t the muth - shape and tngue - psitin f prnunciatin.
      Play the audi again. The students fllw the audi, and the teacher emphasizes the rhythm and intnatin f the sentences. Invite individual students t imitate and read alud. The teacher crrects and guides them t help the students master the crrect prnunciatin skills.
      Step 6 Listening and Oral Expansin (10 minutes)
      Play the recrding f the cnversatin in 2a. Let the students listen and think abut the questin: "What will the future be like accrding t Jennifer?" After playing the recrding, invite the students t answer the questin.
      Play the recrding again. The students fllw the recrding and imitate the prnunciatin and intnatin. Then let the students wrk in pairs and read the cnversatin in rles, paying attentin t the prnunciatin, intnatin, and emtinal expressin.
      Invite several pairs f students t shw their perfrmance. The ther students listen carefully and give evaluatins. The teacher finally summarizes and gives feedback. Guide the students t pay attentin t the use f the simple future tense in the cnversatin and encurage them t use this tense flexibly in real - life cmmunicatin.

      Recite the key vcabulary learned in this lessn. Get the signature f parents t cnfirm. There will be a vcabulary quiz the next day.
      Use the learned vcabulary and the simple future tense t describe three predictins abut yur future life, with n less than 5 sentences.
