      wn. The Bluest Eye was eventually published in 1970. Frm 1970 t 1992, Mrrisn published five mre nvels.
      In her nvels, Mrrisn brings in different elements f the African American past, their struggles, prblems

      been extensive research int hw ur diets can accelerate brain aging, less is knwn abut the fds that can

      In a new study, published in the jurnal Nature Aging, Barbey, Jisheng Wu, and Christpher Zwilling used
      state-f-the-art technlgy t establish a set f specific nutrient prfiles assciated with better cgnitive
      perfrmance in adults ver the age f 65, ffering a 14 path twards designing nutritinal interventins
      t prmte healthy brain aging.
      The study invlved 100 cgnitively healthy participants aged 65 t 75. The analysis 15 tw types
      f brain aging amng the participants: accelerated and slwer than expected. And thse with slwer brain aging had
      a distinct nutritinal prfile. The researchers said that this nutritinal prfile is clsely linked with nutrients fund
      in the Mediterranean diet, which has 16 been assciated with healthy brain aging.
      The Mediterranean diet is 17 by a diet rich in whle grains, fruits, vegetables, and live il, with
      a mderate intake f cheese and fish and a limited intake f red and prcessed meat. This study prvides a mre
      18 analysis f these assciatins.
      “First, it’s ne f the largest and mst cmprehensive studies t use bld-based bimarkers t investigate
