      The bttm layer(grains, ptates and water)

      - Have 120 - 200 grams f fish, pultry, meat and eggs in ttal every day. These fds are gd surces f high - quality prtein, which helps with grwth and repair f bdy tissues.
      The furth layer(Dairy, beans and nuts)
      - Eat 300 - 500 grams f dairy prducts, 25 - 35 grams f beans and 10 grams f nuts daily. They prvide calcium, prtein and healthy fats.
      The tp layer (Oils and salts)
      - Limit il intake t 25 - 30 grams and salt t less than 5 grams per day. T much il and salt can cause health prblems like besity and high bld pressure.
