本课时是新教材人教精通版(2024)小学英语三年级上册Unit4《Friends》中的《Lessn1》。教材主要围绕“朋友”这一主题展开,通过生动的图片和简单的对话,呈现了单词“friend”(朋友)、“this”(这,这个)、“is”(是)以及句型“This is...”(这是……)。
二、教学目标
(一)知识目标
1. 学生能够准确听、说、认读单词“friend”、“this”、“is”。
2. 学生能够理解并运用句型“This is...”来介绍自己的朋友。

三、教学重难点
(一)教学重点
1. 掌握单词“friend”、“this”、“is”的发音、拼写和意义。
2. 熟练运用句型“This is...”进行表达。
(二)教学难点
1. 单词“friend”的发音,以及“this”和“that”的区分。
2. 让学生能够自然、流畅地运用句型介绍自己的朋友,并注意名字的正确发音。
四、教学准备
1. 多媒体课件,包含相关的图片、动画、音频等。
2. 单词卡片、人物头饰(用于角色扮演)。
3. 奖励学生的小贴纸、小奖品。
五、教学过程
(一)Warming-up
1. Greetings
T: Hell, bys and girls. Nice t meet yu!
Ss: Hell, teacher. Nice t meet yu, t!
T: Hw are yu tday?
Ss: I'm fine, thank yu. And yu?
T: I'm very well, t. Are yu ready fr ur English class?
Ss: Yes!
设计意图:通过日常问候,拉近师生距离,营造轻松愉快的课堂氛围,让学生快速进入学习状态。
2. Sing a sng
Play the sng "Tw Tigers" n the multimedia. Let the students listen and sing alng with the music. After singing, change the lyrics t "Tw Friends" and sing it tgether again. Fr example: "Tw friends, tw friends. One is tall and ne is shrt. One is happy and ne is sad. They are gd friends."
设计意图:利用歌曲吸引学生的注意力,激发学生的学习兴趣,同时通过改编歌词,巧妙地引入“朋友”这一主题,为新课的学习做好铺垫。
(二)Presentatin
1. Lead-in
Shw a picture f tw children playing tgether n the multimedia and ask: "What can yu see in the picture? D yu knw what they are called?"
Ss may answer in Chinese r try t say in English.
T: Yes, they are playing tgether. They are friends. Tday we are ging t learn hw t say "friend" in English and hw t intrduce ur friends.
设计意图:通过展示图片引出本节课的主题“朋友”,激发学生的好奇心和学习兴趣,让学生在情境中初步感知“朋友”的概念。
2. Learn the new wrds
Teach the wrd "friend"
Shw the wrd card f "friend" and say: "Lk, this is the wrd 'friend'. Friend, friend. [frend]." Let the students repeat the wrd several times, paying attentin t the prnunciatin f the letter "i" and "e".
Explain the meaning f "friend" by saying: "A friend is smene yu like t play with, talk t and share things with. D yu have friends?" Encurage the students t talk abut their friends in Chinese r simple English.
Then ask a student t cme t the frnt and intrduce his/her friend t the class using the sentence pattern "This is my friend. His/Her name is..." Fr example:
Student A: This is my friend. Her name is Lily.
T: Very gd! Lily is yur friend. Yu are gd friends.
Teach the wrds "this" and "is"
Pint t a student in the classrm and say: "This is a student. This, this. [ðɪs]." Let the students understand the meaning and prnunciatin f "this" by pinting t different bjects r peple in the classrm and repeating the wrd.
Then say: "This student is sitting in the classrm. He/She is in the classrm. Is, is. [ɪz]." Explain that "is" means "是" in Chinese and shw the usage f "is" in the sentence.
Cmbine "this" and "is" t frm the sentence "This is..." and practice saying it with different bjects r peple in the classrm. Fr example: "This is a bk. This is a desk. This is the teacher."
设计意图:运用图片展示、情境解释、实际示范等方式教授新单词,让学生直观地感受和理解单词的含义和发音。通过让学生介绍自己的朋友,以及在课堂上实际运用“this is...”句型,提高学生的参与度和学习积极性,培养学生的口语表达能力和语言运用能力。
(三)Practice
1. Listen and repeat
Use the multimedia t play the recrdings f the new wrds "friend", "this", "is". Let the students listen and repeat carefully, paying attentin t the crrect prnunciatin and intnatin.
T: Listen carefully and repeat after the recrding. Friend, friend. [frend]...
Ss: Friend, friend. [frend]...
设计意图:让学生通过听录音跟读,纠正发音,培养良好的语音语调习惯,加深对单词的记忆。
2. Game: Pass the Card
Divide the students int several grups. Each grup has a wrd card f "friend", "this" r "is". The first student in each grup takes the card and says the wrd alud, then passes the card t the next student. The student wh receives the card repeats the wrd and passes it n. If a student makes a mistake, the grup starts ver. The grup that finishes passing the card first wins.
设计意图:通过游戏的方式巩固所学单词,增加学习的趣味性和互动性。同时,让学生在紧张而愉快的氛围中反复练习单词的发音,提高学生的语言运用能力和反应能力。
3. Pair wrk: Intrduce Yur Friends
Ask the students t wrk in pairs. Each student takes a picture f their friend (if pssible) r draws a picture f their friend and then uses the sentence pattern "This is my friend. His/Her name is..." t intrduce their friend t their partner.
Fr example:
Student B: This is my friend. His name is Jack. He likes playing ftball.
Student C: Ww, that's great. This is my friend. Her name is Amy. She is very gd at singing.
Walk arund the pairs and ffer help and guidance if necessary. Encurage the students t add mre infrmatin abut their friends, such as their hbbies r favrite clrs.

(四)Prductin
1. Let's talk
Shw sme pictures f different children n the multimedia and ask the students t imagine that they are new students in a class and need t intrduce themselves and their friends t the class. They can use the sentence patterns "Hell, everyne. My name is... This is my friend. His/Her name is..."
Fr example:
Student D: Hell, everyne. My name is Mike. This is my friend. Her name is Sarah. We ften play games tgether.
Student E: Hi, I'm Lisa. This is my friend. His name is David. He likes reading bks.
Ask the ther students t listen carefully and ask questins if they have any. Fr example: "What des Sarah like t play?" "Des David have any ther hbbies?"

2. Grup activity: Make a Friend Pster
Divide the students int grups f fur r five. Each grup is given a large piece f paper and sme clred pens r crayns. They are asked t wrk tgether t make a pster abut their friends. They can draw pictures f their friends and write sentences t intrduce them using the wrds and sentences they have learned. Fr example: "This is my friend, Tm. He is tall and funny. He likes basketball."
After they finish, each grup presents their pster t the class and explains it. The ther students can give cmments and praise.

(五)Summary
1. Review the wrds and sentences
T: Tday we have learned sme new wrds and sentences abut friends. What are the wrds? Let's review tgether.
Shw the wrd cards f "friend", "this", "is" ne by ne and ask the students t say the wrds alud.
Then ask the students t make sentences with the sentence pattern "This is..." using these wrds. Fr example:
T: What's this? (Pint t a student.)
Ss: This is a student.
T: Can yu make a sentence with "friend"?
Ss: This is my friend.
Review the meaning and usage f the wrds and sentences with the students, emphasizing the imprtance f making friends and using English t cmmunicate with friends.
设计意图:通过复习单词和句型,巩固本节课所学的重点内容,帮助学生加深记忆。同时,引导学生回顾学习过程,体会用英语介绍朋友的乐趣和意义,培养学生的情感态度和价值观。
2. Encurage students
T: Yu have dne a very gd jb tday. Yu have learned hw t intrduce yur friends in English. Friends are very imprtant in ur lives. We shuld cherish ur friends and be gd t them. Keep n learning English and yu will be able t make mre friends and have mre fun with them.

(六)Hmewrk
1. Listen t the recrding f the new wrds and sentences fr at least five times and repeat them alud t yur parents r friends.
设计意图:通过听读练习,巩固学生的发音和对单词、句子的记忆,培养学生的语感。同时,让学生将所学知识展示给家长或朋友,增强学生的学习成就感和自信心,也促进了家庭与学校的教育互动。
2. Use the sentence pattern "This is my friend. His/Her name is..." t intrduce ne f yur friends t yur family members in English.
