Ha Yiqi is an excellent Chinese artist. He is gd at making kites. He was brn in Beijing in 1954. He learnt making kites and il painting frm his father when he was ten years ld. In 1986, he and his father wrte the bk Chinese Ha’s Kitesand .It came ut in Hng Kng. He wn the first prize in the Hlland Internatinal Kite Cmpetitin in 1998.
