When I turned 18, I jined the swim team, which was a big team that included fifty members. As smene wh suffered frm scial anxiety, I was a bit wrried abut the team size. I wuld like t stay unnticed and have smene else be the center.
We started practice and we were ff fr ur first cmpetitin. I was given freestyle fr my first event. Then, ver time, I was given ther strkes (游法) like the butterfly, breaststrke, and backstrke. I remember the backstrke giving me sme anxiety because, unless I timed the turn just right, I wuld always hit my head against the far wall f the pl. But what gave me the mst truble was the Individual Medley, which was an event that required perfrming all fur strkes in a specific rder.
