I want t tell yu abut the China Children and Teenagers’ Fund (CCTF) and hw it helped me.One f the CCTF’s special activities is the Spring Bud Prject. In 1989, 4.8 millin children in the cuntry, aged frm seven t furteen, were unable t attend schl. Eighty-three per cent f them were girls.
