Summary Peking Opera is a classic frm f Chinese perfrmance which dates back t the late 18th century. It usually cmbines the music f Chinese instruments, singing, miming, dancing, and histry. The musical instruments are traditinal Chinese nes like jinghu, erhu and yueqin. The actrs wear clrful cstumes and facial makeup, indicating different characteristics, age, gender and scial status (社会地位).
