    Sample Writing Overall, I think I have healthy eating habits. As fr the things that I am ding right, I am eating a variety f healthy fds and trying t eat fresh fd as much as pssible. After nting dwn what I have eaten ver the last three days, I can see lts f healthy and nutritius things n the list, such as fish, eggs, fruit, and salad. Put simply, mst f my diet cntains fd that is gd fr my bdy. The fruit and vegetables that I eat are full f vitamins and minerals. And they cntain much mre nutritin than prcessed fds. Fresh fd is als lwer in sugar, salt, and fat. Hwever, I d have sme bad eating habits. There are sme fds that I shuld nt eat t much f. Fr example, rice and bread are healthy, but eating t much can create t much unused energy and cause me t gain weight and feel tired. I als really like eating pre-made steamed buns and tmat sup frm the stre, but I nw knw they cntain far t much sugar, salt, and fat. Als, sme types f meat cntain a lt f fat, s I shuld be careful with hw much I cnsume. The same ges fr the pancakes I buy n the street. They are delicius, but they are by n means healthy, and I shuld be careful with hw ften I cnsume them.
    In additin t the abve, I als smetimes find myself t busy and frget t eat. I als have a hard time refusing sweets frm thers, even thugh I knw they are bad fr me. I shuld imprve my bad eating habits by always taking the time t eat, even if I’m busy. I shuld have set times every day when I stp wrking and just eat. I culd prepare sme healthy dishes in advance that I can eat when I’m t busy, because this will give me mre cntrl ver the srts f things I eat. I shuld als avid eating in frnt f the TV, as it is t easy t eat t much that way. And, f curse, I als need t say n t sweets! After reading the article entitled“HEALTHY EATING”, I nw better understand hw t eat mre healthily and imprve my fd chices. I hpe t fllw a balanced diet, withut t much r t little f any ne thing. I think this is a key tip fr healthy eating. And I think healthy eating starts with having a healthy attitude. It is up t me t make the right decisins abut my diet, and I have decided t be healthier and happier!
