Ask students t wrk in grups t discuss detailed infrmatin in each reprt. Ask each grup read the news reprt based n their answers respectively. Students shuld read like real news reprters.

Ask students t wrk in grups and find ut key features f natural disasters news reprts. Remind them t think frm “Cntent”, “Tense” and “Other features”. Elicit frm the class.
Activity2: Reprt natural disasters
Set up Ex 4 n P49. Ask students t wrk in grups t prepare a shrt news reprt based n what they have learnt in this lessn. Display the marking criteria in advance.
Then ask grup members t reprt natural disasters respectively and give marks based n the criteria.
