    let’s learn
    (一)过去分词作定语时的位置
    The injured passengers were sent t hspital quickly.
    过去分词短语作定语时往往作后置定语,即放在被修饰词之后,它的作用相当于一个定语从句。
    The evidence fund by this pliceman prved Tm inncent.
    注意:有些过去分词表示特定含义时,单独作定语放在被修饰的名词之后,如left(剩余的), cncerned(有关的)等。

    一般情况下,单个过去分词作前置定语,即放在被修饰词之前。
    ▲单个V-ed作定语,原则上是前置的。但有些单个的 V-ed,在习惯上或因为受到某些限制,则放在被修饰词之后。

    1. 被修饰词前有all, every等表“全部”概念的词修饰时;
    2. 被修饰词前有最高级;

    4. 习惯上作后置定语的V-ed(如left“剩下的”)

    ▲V-ed有时还可用作非限制性定语,相当于一个非限制性定语从句,前后用逗号分开。

    去年建的这些房子,昨天被地震摧毁了。

    (二)过去分词作定语时的意义
    The plan put frward at the meeting will be carried ut sn.
    Our retired sccer cach went t watch us play a game last week.
    不及物动词的过去分词作定语没有被动意义,不表示被动,只表示完成。
    及物动词的过去分词作定语表示被动和完成。
    二、过去分词作宾语补足语
    Peple are glad t see the prblems slved within seven days.
    They fund all the guests gne when they wke up.
    1.及物动词的过去分词作宾语补足语,与宾语之间有逻辑上的被动关系,表示被动意义或已完成的意义,有时两者兼有。
    2.不及物动词的过去分词作宾语补足语时,与宾语之间没有逻辑上的被动关系,只表示宾语的性质或状态。
    (二)过去分词作宾语补足语的几种情况
    2.在使役动词后,如have, make, get, keep, leave等。

    1.在感官动词(词组)后,如see, watch, bserve, find, lk at, hear, listen t, feel, ntice等。
    感官动词+宾语+宾语补足语,如果宾语和宾语补足语之间是逻辑上的被动关系,用过去分词作宾语补足语。

    使役动词+宾语+宾语补足语,如果宾语和宾语补足语之间是逻辑关系上的被动关系,用过去分词作宾语补被做足语,意为“让/使被做”。
    1. My elder sister had her wallet stlen n a bus last mnth.
    2. I made myself knwn t my new clleagues
    3.在表示“希望、要求”等意义的动词后,如like, want, wish,rder等,省略了过去分词前的t be。
    4.用在“with+宾语+宾语补足语”结构中。该结构通常在句中作时间、方式、条件、原因等状语。

    在“with+宾语+宾语补足语”结构中,如果宾语和宾语补足语之间是逻辑上的被动关系,应用过去分词作宾语补足语。

    3 Read the sentences and underline the -ed frm as the bject cmplement.

    4 Rewrite the sentences with past participles as the attribute, and then see whether yu can write a little stry with them.
