when和what time都可以用来询问时间, 二者在使用时要注意以下几点:
对做某事的具体时间点进行询问时,when和what time均可用。

对钟表显示的具体时间进行询问时,即询问几点几分时,只能用what time。
— What time is it nw?
— It’s seven twenty.
对事情发生的年份、月份、日期以及上午、下午或晚上等非钟点性时间询问时,只能用when。

频度副词的位置
频度副词通常位于实义动词之前,be动词之后:
