教学内容

教学目标

（一）语言知识目标

1. 学生能够观察例词结构中共有的特征，即o_e。

2. 学生能够学习o与o_e组合在单词中的发音规则。

3. 学生能够根据o_e的发音规律，比较准确地读出符合发音规则的单词。

4. 学生能够根据单词的发音，拼写出符合o-e发音规则的单词。

（二）思维能力目标

1. 学生能够跟着唱文中的说唱歌谣，并进一步强化o_e组合的发音规则。

2. 学生能够有意识地根据o_e的发音规则，进行单词的拼读。

1. 学生能够通过本课的学习，达到乐于听、说英语。

2. 学生能够通过学习，乐于模仿，积极参与，养成合作精神。

1. 利用不同的单词，归纳符合o_e规律的发音。

教学过程

Step 1: Presentation

1. Greetings.

2. Mr Jones’s story.

T: Look at this man. Who is he?

Ss: He is Mr Jones.

T: Great. Now let’s learn more about Mr Jones. What is he like?

S1: He is tall.

S2: He is thin.

S3: He is funny.

T: Good job. Now he is at home. Look, this is his house.

T: What does he like to drink? Can you guess?

S1: Milk.

S2: Water.

S3: Juice.

T: No. He likes Coke.

T: He is very hard-working. And every day he takes many notes. Look, it is his notebook. And Look at his note. The Coke is on the note.

(红色字突出一下o_e结构的单词，把它们串起来一个关于Mr Jones的故事，注意句子与句子之间的衔接，尽可能的有趣自然)

(用4个o-e结构单词串成一个故事，可以让学生朗读一下)

Step 2: o_e结构单词规则

1. 朗读o-e结构的单词

T: Let’s read these words together. And try to find the rules for their pronunciation. Jones, Coke, note, home

(4个o_e结构的单词，单独拎出来，带领学生朗读一下每个单词，并试着让学生去发现它们在拼写及发音方面的规则)

2. o_e结构单词规则

T: Watch carefully. We will find that they got a rule in spelling and pronunciation.

(可以先让学生说说看，他们观察到的规则)

T: Now take notes on your book about its rules.

(让学生在书本上做笔记）

（“o+辅音字母+ e”的音节中, o发它本身的音[əʊ]，e不发音。)

3. Try to read

T：Now we know the rules of o_e for pronunciation and spelling. Let’s read more other words.

（给学生展示更多符合o_e规则的单词，让学生尝试去拼读。）

参考词汇：joke, hole, note, Coke, woke, nose, home

4. Listen and read

T: Open the book and read after the tape.

5. Let’s chant

Old Mr Jones, put the Coke on the note.

Can old Mr Jones put his nose on his toes?

Step 3: 短元音o的发音规则

1. dog, box, orange, on

T: Look. It is a dog. It is a box.

T: The dog is on the box. And it is an orange.

(用图片展示，呈现单词dog, box, orange, on老师一边读，一边让学生认真听，并分辨它们的发音。引导学生正确发出它们的音，注意与o_e的发音区别)

2. Watch and chant

T: Let’s watch the video and chant after it.

1. Let’s read

T: Open your book and turn to page 26. Before we listen, let’s read them one by one.

2. Let’s chant

  T: Let’s listen to the chant about Mr Jones. Let’s follow it.

 (跟读，并学习课文中的chant，跟着录音的节拍)

3.Listen and tick

T: Now look at four groups of words. Let’s read them one by one.

(在做听力前，先让学生把每个单词的音读读看，如果有发音失误的，要及时纠正。)

T: Let’s listen and tick the words you hear. (听完，核对答案)

T: Now let’s check the final answers.

   4.Listen, circle and write

T: Let’s listen to the tape and try to tick o or o_e words. And write the words down.
