Ⅰ.Pre-task preparations
1.带领学生玩接龙游戏,学生从第一排开始,一个接一个依次问 Are you... (a boy/girl)?被问到的学生要用Yes, I am./No, I'm not. I'm... (a boy/girl)回答,以此复习句型.
T: Are you a boy?
S1: Yes, I am. /No, I'm not. I'm a girl. (to S2)Are you…?
S2: Yes I am. /No, I'm not. I'm...
2.通过猜动物的游戏引出Enjoy a story中的故事人物.先模仿羊的叫声,请学生猜猜这是什么动物,然后模仿狼的叫声,请学生猜猜这是什么动物.
T: (imitate the sound that a sheep makes) Baa... Baa.
S1: Are you a sheep?
T: Yes, I'm a sheep.
T: (imitate the sound that a wolf makes) Am I a sheep?
S2: No.
T: I'm not a sheep.
Ss: You're not a sheep.

Ⅱ.While-task procedures
1.利用挂图呈现Enjoy a story的图片,根据图片提问,引出单词wolf和sheep,激发学生对故事的兴趣.教师可以提示答案.
T: What's this?
Ss: It's a wolf.
播放Enjoy a story的故事录音,请学生自己读故事,然后回答问题.
2.出示羊和狼的图片做介绍,然后请个别学生上来扮演狼和羊进行对话.
T: (imitate the sound that a sheep makes) I'm Miss Sheep. Baa... baa.
(imitate the sound that a wolf makes) I'm Mr. Wolf.
S1: (imitate the sound that a sheep makes) I'm Miss Sheep. Baa... baa.

3.猜谜游戏,复习第一、二课时学过的内容.制作几个面具,请几个学生戴上面具站在讲台上,其他学生向他们提问,猜测学生的名字.
S1: Hello. I'm a girl.
S2: Are you…?
S1: No, I'm not.
S3: Are you...?
S1: ...
4.出示字母Ee和Ff的卡片,示范两个字母的读音和书写规范.然后播放Learn the letters栏目的儿歌录音,让学生跟着录音学说儿歌.

Ss: E, e, F, f.
然后出示第一、二单元学过的字母卡片,让全体学生按照字母表的顺序将已经学过的字母Aa至Ff朗读一遍.在朗读过程中让学生感知有些字母(如Ee, Bb, Cc, Dd)的发音含有共同的音素.

板书多个单词或字母组合,让学生快速找出含有字母Ee, Ff的单词或字母组合,并且在字母Ee和Ff下面加上横线.如:fan, Joe, Peter, Kitty, Alice, Miss, Mr.最后,朗读改编的儿歌并让学生跟读,复习已学的字母.

Ⅲ.Post-task activities
1.用多媒体呈现Enjoy a story的动画,请个别学生进行角色扮演.要求学生模仿录音的语音语调给故事人物配音,并鼓励学生配上动作.若条件许可,教师可以根据The wolf and the sheep故事编写剧本,请学生三人一组表演故事.
S1: (act as the wolf) I'm Mr. Wolf. I'm hungry. Wow, sheep!
S2: (act as the sheep) Hello! I'm Miss Sheep. Are you a sheep?
S1: Yes, I am. How are you?
S2: I am fine. Thank you.
S3: (act as the shepherd) A wolf!
S2: (to the wolf) you are not a sheep. You are a wolf.
2.将学生分为四人一组,让每人选一个自己想扮演的人物(Peter, Joe, Alice, Kitty, Sky girl或Space boy),把人物图片贴在右手心.学生在组内通过询问了解其他同学扮演的人物名字,然后问候对方以示友善.
S1: Hello! Are you a girl?
S2: Yes, I am.
S1: Are you Kitty?
S2: No, I am not. /Yes, I am.
S3: Hello! Are you a girl?
S4: No, I am not.
S3: You are a boy. Are you Joe?
S4: Yes, I am. /No, I am not.
