3. Read the article and find out some information about Xu Zhenchao.

Play the tape. Ask the students to listen to it and read after that.

Find out the main idea of the passage and read carefully to figure the main idea of each paragraph..

1.Divide students into groups and discuss Why Xu Zhenchao won many awards and honors and what we can learn from him.

2.Ask students to take part in a group activity and discuss what do you think is the most important quality an idea job requires?

Do you know how to use direct speech and indirect speech in a sentence?

Ask students to collect more information or pictures from the internet about different jobs and pick out their favorite ones.
