三、教学过程

Step 1 Warming-up

1. Play some English riddles and guess the compound words.

Step 2 Presentation

1. Show the story and ask them to pay attention to the compound words.

2. Put two words together to create new words and understand what the compound words are.

3. Make a brainstorm about the compound words.

4. Learn new words and know how to create compound words.

【设计意图】遵循任务梯度性原则，设计任务做到由易到难，由浅入深，让所有学生都能理解和掌握合成词的构词规律。

Step 3 Practice

1. Divide the words to remember words by separating the compound words into two words.

2. Write the words in the blanks to remember more words.

3. Form the compounds words to remember more words.

4. Complete the sentences.
