Our clothes can make us feel better about ourselves. One way is to wear clothes in different colors.

Normally, when we are sad, we’ll wear dark-colored clothes. But when we are happy, we often choose to wear bright-colored clothes. What we choose reflects （反映）how we are feeling. It shows that wearing special colors of clothes can change our feelings.

For example, when we are feeling sad, we may feel worse if we wear black. And if we wear green, red or yellow, we may begin to feel better.

Max and I used to share toys with each other. But things became different when he got a model car from his grandma on his birthday. He didn’t even ask me to touch (触摸) it. I was so sad that decided to buy one.
