第一课时

教学目标

  Step 1 Review

1. Stand next to the child holding a ruler, for example, and ask the other children, “Is it his ruler or her ruler?” Repeat the question if they are unsure.
2. Hold up a pen and a book of your own, and say, “This is my pen. This is my book.”
3. Repeat the procedure with the remaining children.

Step2 Presentation

1. Hold up your mask of Bobby Bear and say “Here is a new friend. His name is Bobby Bear.”
2. Say, “Hi, Bobby”! Have the Ss greet Bobby in the same way.
3. Talk about the story

Step3 Practise

1. Play the tape, pausing at each new picture. Have the Ss repeat the words before you move on to the next picture.

2. Divide the class into three groups, one for Bobby Bear, one for Tommy, and one for Ken. Play the tape one line at a time. Have each group repeat the dialog for their characters.

 3. Choose three Ss to roleplay the dialog in front of the class.

第二课时

 Who’s he/she? She’s/He’s (my friend).

Step 1 Structures review

1. Hold up the picture side of each card in turn. Have the children name the object on each card.
2. Hold up each card in turn again. Say “This is a (bag).”Use some correct names and some incorrect names. Have the Ss answer yes or notify the answer is no, have the Ss then say, “This isn’t a (pen).This is a (pencil).

Step 2 Practise

1. Play the first sentence. Then play it again and have the Ss point to the correct character as they listen to the tape.
2. Repeat the procedure for the other five pictures.
3. Play the tape again. This time have the Ss number the pictures as they hear the sentences.

Step 3 Structures Review

Point to the first picture and ask “Who is she”? Elicit the correct sentence, She’s Ann. or She’s his sister.

Repeat the procedure for the pictures of Ken, Kate, and Mocky.

Repeat the procedure for the other pictures, saying “He’? “or “She” to elicit yes or no.
