which和wh引导的定语从句

Attributive clause
The pht which we liked best in the City and Peple grup was taken by Zha Min.
由此，我们可以看出：which 引导的定语从句修饰的是无生命的东西。which在从句中既可以作主语，也可以作宾语。

下面我们再看一个句子：
由此，我们可以看出：如果先行词是人，那么定语从句的引导词就可以是wh。

【注意】当wh在从句中作宾语时，用whm作引导词，但是在现代语法规则简化为大多数情况下都可用wh。
定语从句中引导词的省略
不管定语从句修饰的是人还是物，如果引导词在从句中作宾语，通常就可以省略。例如：
Is that the car (that/which) yu bught last mnth?那是你上个月买的车吗？A friend is a persn (wh/whm) yu knw very well and like. 朋友是你十分了解并且喜欢的人。
若引导词在从句中作主语时就不能省略，否则会造成结构混乱。
I’d lve t have parents wh understand me.我希望父母理解我。He can make lessns that are usually bring interesting.他通常能把枯燥乏味的课讲得生动有趣。
【注意】在定语从句中作宾语的引导词在口语中往往被省略，但在正式文体中常常被保留。
在先行词是物的定语从句中，一般情况下that和which都可以通用, 但在下列情况下, 一般用that而不用which。
that与which的区别
例：I am sure she has smething that yu can brrw. 我确信她有可借的东西。
1.先行词为all、everything、nthing、 smething、anything、little、much等不定代词时。
例：I’ve read all the bks that are nt mine. 我把所有不是我的书都读完了。
2. 先行词被all、little、much、every、 n等修饰时。
3. 先行词被序数词或最高级修饰时。
例：This is the first bk that he has read.这是他读的第一本书。
例：This is the very bk that belngs t him. 这正是他的书。
4. 先行词被the nly、the very、the same、the last等修饰时。
5. 先行词为人和物的组合。
