Althugh I culd nt understand everything the characters said, their bdy language and the expressins n their faces helped me t get the meaning. I als realized I culd get the meaning by listening fr just the key wrds.
    My prnunciatin imprved as well by listening t the cnversatins , in English mvies. I discvered that listening t smething interesting is the secret t language learning. I als learned useful sentences like “It’s a piece f cake” r “It serves yu right”. I did nt understand these sentences at first. But because I wanted t understand the stry, I lked them up in a dictinary.
    Nw I really enjy my English class. I want t learn new wrds and mre grammar s that I can have a better understanding f English mvies.

    s…that…表示“如此……以至于……”,其中s为副词,修饰形容词或副词,常见结构有:
    fall in lve with 喜欢上……,爱上……e.g. When I saw this beautiful city, I fell in lve with it at nce.当我看到这座美丽的城市时,我立刻喜欢上了它。fall in lve with后可接sb.或sth.,表示动作,不可与时间段连用。be in lve with表示“与相爱”,强调状态,可与表示一段时间的状语连用。

    as well 也,和, 多用于口语,通常用于句末。

    secret n. 秘密;秘诀 adj. 秘密的;保密的 常用结构:(1) the secret t/ f……的秘诀e.g. The secret t success is hard wrk. 成功的秘诀是艰苦工作。(2) keep the secret =keep sth. t neself 保守秘密e.g. Yu must keep it t yurself. 你必须保守秘密。(3) keep sth. secret 对某事保密(其中 secret 是形容词作宾语补足语)e.g. Please keep his illness secret as far as pssible.请尽可能地对他的病情保密。
