    Try to finish some practice.

    1. Thinking ability(思维品质):

    Expand thinking ability, improve the efficiency of English learning, and summarize methods.

    4.Cultural awareness(文化意识):

    Try to use divergent thinking to solve problems in learning and be willing to seek advice and methods from others.Understand the differences between different subjects and find suitable ways to overcome difficulties.

    1. To show some pictures and get student to say out phrases about learning methods.

    2.Talk about the learning methods by using the pattern:--How do you study English?

    --I study English...

    3.Check their works in pair.

     

    语法呈现(Presentation

    1. Read the sentences in the form and help students repeat.
    2. Explain the meanings of the sentences for everyone can get.
    3. Help students summarize the methods and answers of questioning.
    4. Read together for the second time.

     

    随堂练习(Practice

    1.Work to 4a.

    a.Ask students to read the questions and answers in 4a.

    b.Give some help for translate them in to Chinese and understanding the meaning of each sentence.

    c.Ask students to match them by themselves.

    d.Ask several students to show the answers and give their reasons.

    e.To show some pictures and sentences for students.Help them expand the other uses of by as a preposition.

     

    2.Work to 4b.

    a.Ask someone to share their learning method on math, physics, chemistry, Chinese     history, geography.Help students to translate these method into English correctly.

    b.Ask students to complete 4b individually.

    c.Check the answers in pairs or in groups.

     

    3.Work on 4c

    a.Have an interview to their classmates and try to complete the table in 4c.

    b.Ask some groups to present their conversation to the class by using the following structure:A: Do you learn English by

              doing grammar exercises?

    B: Yes, I do.

    A: How often do you do them?

    B: ...

    2. 2.Disadvantages(不足):对其他学科的学习方法准备的不够充分,需要学生在课堂中给予补充或进行提前准备,参考答案略显敷衍。

    3.Teaching Advice(教学建议):可结提前安排其他学科的老师或是尖子生进行经验交流,让学生总结适宜的方法,课堂效果会更好
