设计意图：通过为了让学生清楚写作要点和写作的基本句型，也是为了给程度稍弱的CD组孩子提供万能写作模板，将学生头疼的写作用一问一答的方式呈现，使写作变得简单化，让每个孩子都能动笔。而且通过课前预习，让孩子明白本节课大概的教学内容和教学目标。

设计意图：创设更真实的情景，告知学生本校老师也加入了这次的志愿活动中，点燃孩子们对学校志愿活动的热情。老师们用自己的兴趣爱好去帮助别人，以此获得快乐。紧接着提出疑问，你们有那些兴趣爱好呢？你怎样利用这些兴趣爱好去帮助别人呢？在真实的情境中完成对部分基础词汇的复习，并学习be gd at的同义短语be strng in，最重要的是告知学生我们可以用自己的兴趣爱好帮助别人。初步建立帮助别人，快乐自己的意识。

设计意图：这一环节是为了复习本单元基本的句型和重点的短语，为写作做基础铺垫。通过小组合作，制作表格并进行展示汇报，让学生在枯燥的复习中，循序渐进地获得和运用目标语，符合语言学习的基本规律。这一教学环节为了激起写作欲望，激活学生思维图式，将口头复习所获得的知识落到笔头上并为写作提供大量可用资源。

设计意图：本环节的设置以听促写，以练促写，以读促写层层递进。三封来自于本校领导的信件，贴近学生生活，最大程度激发写作欲望。将写作中会用到的的重点短语和句型设置为练习题形式，让学生在不断的重复中，循序渐进地获得运用目标语。三篇文章的展示也为学生提供了写作素材和模板。

五、反馈与矫正
本堂课用一张海报引课，并围绕”vlunteer”展开话题,，创设了一个个真实的有效的情景，激发学生学习兴趣。采用了多媒体和实物投影的教学辅助手段， 努力倡导体验、实践、参与、合作与交流的学习方式。课堂组织形式以小组活动为主，增加每个学生课堂参与的机会和发挥个性特长的机会，在参与中培养学生的合作精神、团队精神以及相互学习、资源共享的意识。全方位的训练了学生的听、说、读、写的能力，以及乐于助人的情感教育。在活动中引导学生不断整合已经学过的知识，进一步提高语言的运用能力，即培养学生的记忆、观察、思维、想象能力和创新精神。
上完整节课后，发现活动设计基本合理，从简单到难有坡度感，并且重难点突出，课堂气氛还算不错，基本上能够突破教学难点，巩固教学重点，完成教学任务。不过部分活动可以新颖些，过度语言或许可以丰富点，与学生的交流可以加强些，还有一个重要问题就是没有评价体系，在课堂中只给一些回答问题的同学准备了棒棒糖。另外教师的应变能力有待提高。面对摄像机，教师比较紧张，如能多一些应变措施，局面可能会大有改观的。我发现自己还有许多地方需要学习，需要改进，我将继续努力，努力提升自己的各方面素质。
