Is there anything wrong with Simon’s computer?2. Does the centre help the old people too?【课堂导学】Step 1 Before-reading tasks1预习情况交流,讨论预习中遇到的问题。2 与学生就居住的社区环境进行交流。 Where do you live? How many buildings are there in your neighbourhood? Who lives next to/above/below you? Who’s your neighbour? What does he / she do? Where does she / he work? What do you think of him/her? Do you welcome him / her to your home? Do you always help each other?鼓励学生根据实际情况回答。Step 2 While-reading tasks1 教师可以自己为例,介绍自己的社区环境,或利用图片、英语释义等提示呈现新知识。向学生展示社区活动的海报,利用海报向学生介绍社区活动并呈现新语言点.2向学生呈现课文背景,指导学生带着问题阅读文章,让学生带着问题快速阅读:“What happens when Simon has problems?”3 听录音,完成表格4 完成B2 部分习题。有错误,则指出错在哪里,怎样改正。5 指导学生朗读课文,并根据自己的理解完成B1,B3部分的练习。Step3 After-reading tasks为学生提供情况,指导他们进行角色扮演。假设其中一个人是Simon, 其他人是社区志愿者,编写他们之间可能发生的对话。以四人小组为单位,尽可能发挥想像力和创造力。选几组不同层次的学生进行表演。【课堂反馈】A.指导学生完成课堂练习根据首字母提示写出单词。His football s__________ are good.Some c_______________ students help him with his housework.He hopes to be an e_________________.He falls off his bike.
