含be 动词的一般过去时的基本句型小结
主语+ was/were + 其他.

主语+ was/were+nt + 其他.
Li Ping wasn’t tall then. 李平那时不高。
一般疑问句把Was/Were 放在句首，句末加问号即可。即：Was/Were + 主语+ 其他？
