It all starts with a tree. In fact, it starts with several trees. Since the first mdern guitars were made in nrthern Spain ver 150 years ag, craftspeple have knwn the wd t be used is imprtant in making a guitar.
Every guitar is made f several different kinds f wd. Each piece is carefully chsen and then cut t fit the part f the guitar fr which it is designed. Wd fr the curvy bent sides f the guitar must be saked in water and bent ver a ht irn pipe. When all the pieces f the guitar are ready, they are carefully stuck tgether with glue. Special wdwrking tls are used t shape and smth the neck f the guitar. The craftspeple must make sure that the neck is perfectly centered ver the sundbard.
Then it is time t use varnish(亮光漆). This brings ut the beauty f the wd. Varnish als imprves the sund f the guitar but t much varnish makes the guitar sund flat and dull.
Finally guitar strings are attached and tightened t make just the right musical tnes. Then it’s time t play a sng.

One f the mst famus nursery rhymes(摇篮曲) in the English language is Mary Had a Little Lamb(羔羊). It has tuched many children wh have read it. It is abut the deep lve between a yung girl and her pet lamb. The pem is frm a true stry that happened in the early part f the 19th century in the twn f Sterling, Massachusetts, in the USA.
Mary Sawyer (1806-1889) lived n a farm with her family. One day, when she was abut nine years ld, she saw a little lamb that had just been brn and left behind by its mther. It was very weak and lked as if it wuld die at that very mment. Mary tk pity n the lamb and spent the whle night lking after it. Eventually, it grew strng and became a very clse friend with Mary, fllwing her everywhere she went.
One day, the lamb even fllwed Mary t schl. At first she wanted t turn it back but her brther suggested that it wuld be fun t take the lamb t schl. During the class, she hid the lamb under her desk. But when she was called t g t the frnt f the class, t her surprise, the lamb fllwed her. Thugh the students and the teacher thught it was funny t see a lamb at schl, the teacher had t ask Mary t keep the lamb utside f the schl.
That very day, a yung man called Jhn Rulstne was visiting Mary’s schl. He was s mved by the lve between the child and her little pet lamb that he wrte a pem which he handed t Mary the next day. His pem cntained twelve lines.
Later, Sara Jsepha Hale added anther twelve lines t the pem and published it in 1930 under the title Mary Had a Little Lamb. The pem has becme a classic, lved by children all ver the wrld. The appeal (吸引力) f the pem lies nt nly in the funny idea f a sheep ging t schl but als in the true lve between the little girl and her pet.
